The Project Goal

Completely refresh the existing Squarespace website, enhance useability, improve functionality and optimise flow to allow for detailed descriptions of services and display before and after images.

The Brief

  1. Review website content and recommend improvement opportunities.
  2. Review website main menu navigation structure to support business objectives.
  3. Refresh home page to incorporate all services available, along with testimonials and a strategic CTA (Call to Action).
  4. Create new pages and reformat existing pages as required.
  5. Conduct SEO site analysis and recommend improvement opportunities.
  6. Increase organic traffic to the website using best practice on-page SEO techniques.
  7. Create and link a Google Analytics account and Google Search Console to measure and analyse website traffic.
  8. Create a Google My Business account to boost local website traffic and encourage client engagement.

The Outcome

Thrive Online rejuvenated the existing website for In Its Place, to reflect their full range of services. Adding images to showcase each service, these now include brief descriptions and links to additional information. Incorporating smooth motion movement and a CTA, the website has been optimised to connect and engage their ideal clients.
